Description	A man with a mustache wearing a suit is seated in an office interior. Signs (in reverse) on the outside of the windows read: "E.P. [?] Swasey / Physician & Surgeon" and "Office Hours / 2 to 4Â…9 P.M." A large desk is in the right foreground. A fringed scarf and a lamp, evidently a gas light, are on it. A framed print hangs above it. A large pair of mounted horns, probably from an African antelope, is to the left. A pair of antlers, possibly from an elk, hangs above a bookcase full of books. Two bentwood chairs are behind the man. Interior louvered shutters are at the two windows. Striped awnings and the foliage of plants or trees are visible outside.
