Description	Boys and girls sit and stand on a grassy lawn beneath trees. Most boys wear caps. One boy wears overalls. One boy is barefoot. The corner of a pavilion or a bandstand is at the far right. The monument beyond is the Cogswell Fountain. Utility poles, wires and lampposts line the street. A brick commercial block with canvas awnings above the storefronts is on the left. Signs read: "Clothing - H.L. Noble - Hats & Caps" "Rockville..." "Randall's." Men walk on the sidewalk. A corner of Rockville House, a large frame hotel, is visible in the background, partially concealed by trees. Inscribed on back: "Lower Green / Rockville, Ct."
