Description	Two men sit on bench next to paved sidewalk in grassy park. Row of brick and stone commercial buildings is at right. A trolley is on tracks on the dirt road. At left, stores with awnings are partially obscured by trees. Sing reads "Randalls." Automobiles are parked in the street. A monument is in the background. Inscribed on back: "No.19 / Central Park looking North / Rockville / Conn."
Notes	Title supplied by cataloger. The monument is the Cogswell Fountain that was presented to the town of Vernon in 1883 by Dr. Henry D. Cogswell. The Statue of the donor was replaced with an urn upon Cogswell's death.
