Description	Stone beaux-arts government building has round-arched windows and balustrades, Corinthian columns and pilasters and a Palladian window over the entrance porch. Urns and a flagpole topped with an eagle are on the roof. A fountain is to the right of the entrance. Electric street lights and sidewalks line the paved street, which has trolley tracks in it. A truck is parked at the left. Part of the Morgan Memorial is visible at the far left. Part of a storage tank is visible in the right background. Inscribed on back: "Crop as necessary to / bring to 5 x 7 1/2 / 150 to 175 screen / mounted / want this week / Globe."
Notes	Title supplied by cataloger. The Municipal Building was completed in 1915 to designs by architects Brooks & Davis with Palmer & Hornbostel to serve as Hartford's city hall.
