Description	A large frame house with fish scale shingles, louvered shutters and Tudor half-timbering in the gable is at the left. A woman and a hammock are on the porch. A small frame church with a round window over the entrance, arched windows, and a cross on the gable is on the right. A lamp, apparently electric, is beside the walk. Outbuildings at the far right appear to include a barn and shed. Two shrubs surrounded by stone or concrete blocks, perhaps functioning as planters, are on the grassy lawn at the left. Two men sit in carriages drawn by horse on the dirt road in the foreground. The man at the left wears a clerical collar and appears to have an afghan over his knees. The man at the right has a mustache and wears a bowler hat. Inscribed on back: "Catholic Church & Parochial House, Uncasville, Conn. - 1896."
