Description	Two men in suits and hats stand in front of a biplane with pontoon landing gear. One of the men has a mustache. A sign beside the plane reads: "Hydro-Aeroplane / or / Flying Boat / for the National Aero Coast Patrol / National Aero Coast Patrol Commission." Inscribed on back: "Captain Ralph L. Taylor, the brilliant young Stamford aeronaut who made the record breaking flight to New York City in 4 hours and 1 minute and A.G. Bowers, secretary of the Aero-Club of America. Captain Taylor's machine has been exhibited to members of Congress during the past week."
