Description	The Old State House, the Federal style brick government building at the left has a pediment, an iron balcony, a balustrade on the roof and urns at the corners of the central pavilion. Arched entrances are on the ground floor. There is a clock in the cupola and a sculpture of a figure of Justice stands on the dome. The Colonial revival skyscraper beyond the grassy lawn is the Hartford-Connecticut Trust Building.The granite tower to the left is part of Travelers Insurance Company. The tile roof of the Isle of Safety, a trolley station, is in the foreground near an electric street light and a trolley pole and wires. Automobiles, trolley cars and a horse-drawn wagon crowd the streets. Men and women, some blurred from movement, walk on the sidewalks. A fountain, a fire hydrant, a stool and a broom line the curb near the Old State House. Broadsides posted on notice boards read: "Hawaii!" and "Recruiting / Resumed / U.S. Marines." Inscribed on back: "Main Street, South Old State House Square."<br>
