Description	Circular stone fountain consisting of four columns on a base surrounding a central basin. An inscription on the canopy reads: "In Memory of Charles Holt." A statue of an eagle is on the canopy. A railroad station with a hipped roof, roof cresting and a porte cochere is in the background. Men and what appears to be a luggage cart are on the platform at the far right. A building with a tower is in the left background. The dirt and cobblestone street in the foreground is Main Street. Inscribed on back: "N. 3 / Memorial Fountain / and Rail Road Station / Stafford Springs / Conn."<br>
Notes	Title supplied by cataloger. <br>Additional notes not related to the image are on the back in German. August Schmelzer had the photographs taken and sent to Germany to be made into post cards. <br>
