Description	Port view of a large steam yacht. What appear to be three lifeboats can be seen above her deck to the right. Printed at bottom: "Published by W.S. Calvert, New London. Conn." and "M.F. PLANT'S STEAM YACHT 'IOLANDA,' GROTON, CONN."
Notes	Morton Plant, successful railroad, steamship and hotel businessman had an estate at Avery Point. It was turned over to the state in the 1930's. The Coast Guard used it for training during World War II. In 1969 it became the Southeastern Campus of the University of Connecticut (later renamed University of Connecticut at Avery Point).
