Description	Starboard bow view of the auxiliary ketch yacht Pussy Willow on a cradle at Mystic Shipyard, West Mystic. A number of shipyard structures and a hauled-out boat are visible to the right. The Mystic River can be seen in the background.
Notes	Title supplied by cataloger. Pussy Willow was designed by John Alden and built by Mystic Shipyard, West Mystic, 1940. She was 44 x 12 x 6 feet. John Gale Alden (1884-1962) was a noted yacht designer and builder. Mystic Shipyard succeeded the (Hickman?) Sea Sled Corporation at the West Mystic yard, which was on the site of the earlier Holmes Shipbuilding Company yard. Mystic Shipyard operated from the 1930's until liquidation in 1971. Print from nitrate negative.
