Description	Brick and brownstone building has a cupola with a clock, dome, and a statue of an allegorical figure of Justice on top. Central bay has a pediment, an iron balcony, and arched openings on the ground floor. Small shrubs grow around the base of the building. Elm trees grow in the grassy lawn. A machine gun is on the walk in the foreground. The marquee on the theater at the far left reads: "Princess." Utility poles, wires, and electric street lights line the streets.<br>
Notes	Title supplied by cataloger. <br>The Princess Theatre was located at 58 State Street. <br>The Old State House was erected in 1796 to the designs of Charles Bulfinch. It served as the State Capitol until 1878 and as Hartford's city hall until 1915. The second story portico on the Main Street facade was removed during renovations, ca. 1915. <br>
