Description	Low water in riverbed exposes mud, rocks and debris, including metal containers and twigs. Trees and bushes grow on the left. Tree stumps or old pilings are in the right background. A metal bridge carries the tracks of the Connecticut Valley Railroad. Leaves are on the ground. Utility poles are in the distance. Inscribed on back: "Looking North upstream toward Valley Branch R.R. from West / bank of Park River in rear of H.E.Lt. [Hartford Electric Light] Co.new #404 Sheldon St. / garage. Elevation of river 1.9 at 11:00 A.M. std. Time, Aug. 27, 1925 / Min. width of river shown at the elevation 52 ft."<br>
