Description	View of two Old Saybrook lighthouses at the mouth of the Connecticut River. To the left, seen in distant view, is an octagonal white lighthouse and several smaller structures. In the right center, at the tip of the breakwater, is a cylindrical metal structure. Printed at the bottom: "Saybrook Lights, Mouth of Connecticut River, Conn."
Notes	The octagonal white lighthouse at the east end of the breakwater is known as the Lynde Point (Saybrook Harbor) Lighthouse, or "Inner Light. It is made of brownstone and is 71 feet high and became operational in 1839, replacing an earlier structure. The light at the tip of the breakwater is known as the Saybrook Breakwater Lighthouse, or "Outer Light" and became operational in 1886. It is 49 feet tall and constructed of cast iron.
