Description	Frame and brick hotel building has louvered shutters, a balcony with an iron railing and brackets and round arched windows on the ground floor. Men, women and a small girl sit and stand on the porch. One man wears an apron. A striped pole near a side entrance may indicate a barbershop. A sign reads: "Beardsley House / Cafe Bar." A frame commercial building on the left has a mansard roof. The iron arches of a small bridge are nearby. The brick commercial building on the right has dormers and an awning. A sign stenciled on the window reads: "Winsted / Post Office / Station..." Utility poles line the streets. A fire hydrant is on the sidewalk at the left. Inscribed on back: "No. 1 New Beardsley Hotel / Winsted Conn." "New Beardsley Hotel / Light Gray Green Blinds / 1st Story Red Brick / Winsted."<br>
