Description	Men, some wearing aprons, stand in a yard with a variety of stone monuments. What appear to be shear legs are in the left center. In the center, a stone held by a chain is being lifted or lowered from a pulley with a hook. The monument between the shear poles (?) and pulley has the word "SWAN" carved near its base. In front of the open doorway of a shed on the right are several stones in various positions. A young girl sits on one.
Notes	Title supplied by cataloger. Probable date range based on dating of related photographs. Identified as Mystic area view, possibly monument works at Groton Bank. Attributed to Everett A. Scholfield, a professional photographer who worked primarily in Mystic and New London from 1865-1913.
