Description	Starboard view of the three-masted schooner F. C. Pendleton in the Pendleton yard, Pistol Point, Mystic. A number of vessels and buildings can be seen along the waterfront, including the brick Groton & Stonington Street Railway powerhouse across the river on the west (Groton) side.
Notes	Title supplied by cataloger. Dated probably after 1910. The F. C. Pendleton was built in Bangor, Maine, 1882. Pendleton Brothers operated a shipyard in Mystic (1916-1920) and several others in Maine. The Mystic shipyard, on the former M.B. McDonald site at Pistol Point, launched several vessels, including two World War I era four-masted schooners. The company also leased part of the former Palmer shipyard in Noank.
